Thank you for your interest in Casa Gordon on the beautiful island of Cozumel. Our rental rates are based on a minimum week's stay to qualified groups of up to 20 people. This home is ideal for 14 adults and up to 6 children. 7 Bedrooms with private baths are available. One master bedroom has a king bed. Six courtyard bedrooms have a choice of king or twin beds, and the game room has three double size futons. Please note that there is no bathroom in game room and only children are allowed to occupy this room. Limit of children occupying the game room depends on their sizes and ages. Limit of two persons per room unless infant sleeps in crib or child on cot. One cot fits in a courtyard room, only four cots available. One crib and one high chair available. Casa Gordon Nightly Rates** $1,500 during Low season: September to end of October $1,650 during Mid season: May to end of August and November to end of December $1,750 during High season: January to end of April $1,900 during High season: Spring break weeks $2,600 during Christmas/New Years week 14% local tax not included** Mininimum stay of one week required** during Mid and High seasons Check in/out days are Saturday during Mid and High seasons Check in/out days are Wednesday and Saturday during Low season Above rates include a 5% discount for paying by cash/check/wire. Credit card payments available MasterCard, Visa, Discover, American Express, please inquire.  We consider weekend or discounted rentals on available dates at 90 days before arrival. Priced based on a pro-rated nightly seasonal rate plus 12% local tax TERMS: Initial payment constituting one-fourth of the total rental fee at the time of execution of rental agreement. Second payments constituting one half of total rental at six months before departure. The remaining rental fee is due and payable 60 days before arrival. No refunds due to reservation cancellation (Clause 6 of agreement) Travel insurance is recommended for possible reservation cancellation. Refunds for hurricanes (Clause 9 of agreement) SECURITY DEPOSIT: $1,000 US as a security deposit along with estimated chef service invoice is due and payable 15 days before arrival . Services include shopping, cooking and cleaning up. Services do not include drinks only breakfast drinks offered with continental breakfast. Breakfast and lunch served buffet style. Dinner service includes wait staff for service. Staff nights off are Wednesdays and Sundays. |
